Synopsis

Thirteen years after the resounding success of their first season, co-writer/director duo Kyan Khojandi and Bruno Muschio return with an even more brilliant, turbo-charged, fast-talking comedy sequel (which in no way requires knowing the earlier episodes to be enjoyed). Long awaited by legions of fans, season two’s longer format follows Khojandi, now a 40-year-old everyman/loser, as he struggles even more fiercely with the toxic masculinity that seems to trip him up at life’s every turn. But determined to grow, evolve and finally love and be loved, our antihero eventually takes a plunge into real life and all its messiness. The road to psychological individuation has never been more fun.
